1. From the menu list, select ‘Media’
2. Go to ‘Ringtones’ and select ‘My Ringtones’
3. Select the song you want to set from the list and click ‘Options’
4. Select ‘Set As Ringtone’

Open the message

Where are the songs saved on the Palm 700P?

Songs are saved in the /Blazer/download directory by default.

Why don’t ringtones I sent from Myxer work on my UTStarcom GzOne Type-Z?

Unfortunately, ringtones on the UTStarCom GzOne Type-Z don’t currently work with our site. You can donload the song, but we can’t figure out how to set it as a ringtone. If you have figrued it out, please let us know, http://www.myxer.com/feedback/.

Samsung - Instructions for Downloading Ringtones to a typical Non-Verizon Wireless Samsung Phone

Open the message
Click “Options” and “Extract Address” or “Save Address”
Select the link from the list
Click “Options” and “Go to URL”
Select “Continue” if asked to trust content (this will connect you to the Myxer server)*
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and Select “Download Ringtone”
Select “Use” and “Set” (the ringtone will be saved in “Downloads” under “Ringers” or in “Organizer” under “Voice Memo”)

*You’ll need web access from your phone to follow the link and download the ringtone to your phone. If you don’t have web access, please contact your carrier.

Note: These are the instructions for the typical Samsung phone. Your phone model may vary.

Why don’t ringtones I sent from Myxer work on my Pantech PN-215

The Pantech PN-215 is not currently supported for ringtones because the ability to use downloaded songs as ringtones on that phone has been disabled by the manufacturer or carrier. The good news is that wallpapers work, so give it a try.

Why don’t ringtones I sent from Myxer work on my Sidekick?

The Sidekick is not currently supported for ringtones because the ability to use downloaded songs as ringtones on that phone has been disabled by the manufacturer or carrier.
