We don’t charge you anything to join a fanlist, and we don’t charge you for the messages that are sent. (Remember, we don’t like money.) Because the messages are sent via SMS to your phone, you will be charged normal text messaging charges by your mobile carrier.

Once you’ve unsubscribed from a fanlist, you won’t receive any additional messages from that band.

Keep in mind that your fans are free to set limits on the number of messages they will receive from you, and by default, they will only receive three per week. So if you send too frequently, you’ll be losing some of your audience.

Note that any users who have elected to sign up anonymously will not show up in the list.

The only information you can see about users on your fanlist is information that is in the user’s public Myxer profile. Specifically, you will not have access to phone numbers or email addresses.
