Wait a few minutes, make sure you have a strong signal, and try to follow the link again.</p>
<p align="left">If you have never been able to download a ringtone or wallpaper from us, it may be that you do not have a full internet access plan on your phone. Some data plans, like T-Mobile&#8217;s T-Zones, only allow you to access certain &#8220;approved&#8221; websites. Can you get to other websites from your phone (like www.yahoo.com or mobile.google.com)? If not, then you probably have a limited plan.</p>
<p align="left">In order to use Myxer, you would need to switch to a plan that provides access to all websites. If you can get to these other sites, let us know since it must be another problem.</p>
