Some folks have been complaining that they are not receiving the ringtone and wallpaper messages on their Sprint phone (especially the new Samsung Instinct). We’re not quite sure what’s happening and we’ve seen similar complaints from users of other mobile sites. We’ll continue to investigate the problem, but in the meantime… if you don’t receive the messages we send, simply follow these steps to download the content directly to your phone (no messages necessary).
- Select a ringtone or wallpaper from our catalog or Make-Your-Own
- Click the ‘Get Ringtone’ button
- Enter your phone number and click ‘Next’
- Click the “Get It Straight from Your Phone” link at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions.
- Enjoy!
