The you are using IE7 or IE8 and the upload or customize buttons are not working, check to make sure “Include local directory path when uploading files to a server” is enabled.

1. Open IE
2. Go to Tools -> Internet Options
3. Click on the Security tab
4. Click the “Custom Level” button
5. Scroll down and find “Include local directory path when uploading files to a server” (located half way down)
6. Check “Enable”
