We’ve been having some trouble with some of the Verizon phones lately, including the A950. Some people are saying that it works better if you keep the ringtones under 10 seconds long.

Try making one of your ringtones just 10 seconds long and resending it to your phone. If that works, then try making it a little longer. Hopefully that will do the trick.
