If your account is marked as a MyxerIndie™, then you are allowed to charge for your content (ringtones, wallpapers, and videos).

Note: Artist accounts are inteneded to be used by content owners who with to share materials for which they own the master rights to distribute. Purchasing the song on CD or from an online store does not give you the rights to share it with others. The rules for sharing are explained in more detail in the Myxer Terms and Conditions.
