We send the email verification message to the email address given to us during registration or on the change email address page..

  1. Go to your email
  2. Check your inbox for a message “Myxer Support” with the subject “Myxer Account Registration” or “Myxer Email Change Verification”.
  3. If you don’t see the message, make sure you can receive email messages set from support@myxer.com and check your bulk or junk mail folder. Sometimes the messages get delivered there by mistake.
  4. If you still don’t see the message, go to your account and make sure that you entered your email address correctly.
