If you have been able to download ringtones or wallpapers in the past and you haven’t changes anything on your account, the error most likely means that the network is busy. Wait a few minutes, make sure you have a strong signal, and try to follow the link again.

If you have never been able to download a ringtone or wallpaper from us, it may be that you do not have a full internet access plan on your phone. Some data plans, like T-Mobile’s T-Zones, only allow you to access certain “approved” websites. Can you get to other websites from your phone (like www.yahoo.com or mobile.google.com)? If not, then you probably have a limited plan.

In order to use Myxer, you would need to switch to a plan that provides access to all websites. If you can get to these other sites, let us know since it must be another problem.
