Make sure you have registered for an account and that you have entered your username and password correctly. Your username is the mobile phone number of email address you used during registration.

For Internet Explorer: Select Tools > Internet Options > Privacy > Advanced. Enter ‘http://www.myxer.com’ and click “Allow” and “Ok”.

For Firefox: Select Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies > Exceptions. Enter ‘http://www.myxer.com’ and click “Allow” then “Ok”.

If you are running McAfee Security Suite, check Security Center to make sure that www.myxer.com is on the “Allow” cookies list and is not on the “Reject” cookies list.
