Verizon Wireless. Cricket, US Cellular, and Helio Users: Unless you have a “smart phone” like a Treo or a Blackerry you should receive your ringtones, wallpapers, and videos as attachments in a PIX message, not as a link. Go to the Account -> Phone Details page and make sure that your carrier and phone model is set to correctly. Then resend the content to your phone if necessary.
All Other Users: Use your phone’s navigaton wheel or use the menu/options button to select the link. (Note: In order to be able to follow th link, you need to be able to access the internet from your phone. If you don’t alreay have a data access/internet access plan on your phone, you will need to check with your carrier.)
