You get 30% of the retail price for every item you sell. You set the retail price when you create the item. You can create and sell as many items as you want. (The rest goes to cover expenses such as PayPal or credit card transaction fees, SMS message delivery, carrier fees, my wife’s growing shoe collection, and the enormous pile of cash we have in the middle of the room here.)

For example:

• You make a ringtone and pick a sales price of $1.99
• You get 60 cents (1.99 x .30 = .60) each time someone downloads your ringtone to their phone
• We send your earnings directly to your PayPal account once a month
